International Women’s Day Campaign - BTS
International Women’s Day projects always carry a little extra weight — they’re an opportunity to tell stories that matter. When we partnered with Stone Road Mall on this year’s campaign, the goal was clear: celebrate female empowerment through collaboration, creativity, and community. Working alongside two incredible female athletes from the University of Guelph and local artist Victoria Sequeira, we helped bring a concept to life that blended sport, art, and identity. Using MAC Cosmetics as part of her medium, Victoria transformed strength and movement into visual pieces that were later auctioned to raise funds in support of XYZ For me, this project was a reminder of how powerful production can be when it creates space for women’s voices, talents, and stories to lead the narrative.
Projects like this come together through countless moving parts — creative collaboration, careful planning, and a team of talented people working toward a shared vision. While the final campaign celebrates strength and artistry on the surface, some of the most meaningful moments happened behind the scenes. From early creative direction and on-set collaboration to watching Victoria’s artwork take shape in real time, these behind-the-scenes moments capture the energy, teamwork, and intention that brought the International Women’s Day campaign to life.
